*Reservation Guarantee Policy: Once you have made a reservation at Natyral Razma Resort in one of our communication methods: Either by Phone, on Social Network (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn), email or website, you are required to make a payment in the amount of 50% of the total price up to 48 hours (2 days) before the Check In date (prior to your arrival at Razem) in order to guarantee the reservation. Failure to comply with the terms of payment does not guarantee you 100% that the reservation will be valid. (Exception is made when booking 0-47 hours / within 2 days prior to check in date).
